VIE.PET currently serves customers and dogs living on Val de Vie Estate only. Orders outside this service area may be declined or cancelled.

The terms for ordering from VIE.PET.
These terms apply when you use the VIE.PET website, create a profile or order fresh meals, treats, cakes or seasonal products.

Orders
Customers create a profile, choose products and provide dog, delivery and order details. Fresh meals, treats, cakes and seasonal products are prepared around confirmed orders and available delivery windows.
Payments
Payments are processed through Paystack. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed, unless VIE.PET has agreed otherwise in writing.
Delivery
Delivery is offered inside Val de Vie Estate on available delivery days and windows shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate access and delivery details.
Dog health and suitability
Customers are responsible for sharing accurate allergy, sensitivity, medication and health information. VIE.PET food and treats are not a substitute for veterinary advice.
Account use
Customers must keep login details private and make sure information in their profile is accurate. VIE.PET may suspend access where misuse, fraud or unsafe ordering behaviour is suspected.
Product availability and changes
VIE.PET products are shown on the Food, Treats and Occasions pages. Availability may depend on ingredient supply, delivery capacity, seasonal preparation and safety considerations. If an ordered item cannot be prepared, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement, credit or refund.
Subscriptions
Fresh meal subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Customers may manage upcoming recipe choices, payment details and cancellation requests from the dashboard where available. Subscription changes may apply to the next preparation cycle rather than a batch already in progress.
Website content
The VIE.PET name, website content, product copy, images, recipes, layouts and brand assets belong to VIE.PET or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
