• Your name, surname, email address, WhatsApp number and Val de Vie Estate delivery address.
• Your dog profile details, including name, breed, age, weight, activity level, food preferences, allergies and care notes.
• Order, payment, delivery and subscription information needed to prepare and manage your purchases.
• Messages you send through forms, WhatsApp handoffs or customer support channels.
• Basic website and account information needed for security, analytics and service improvement.

How we use it

• Create and manage your VIE.PET profile.
• Prepare fresh meals, treats, cakes and seasonal orders.
• Arrange delivery inside Val de Vie Estate.
• Process payments and maintain payment records.
• Respond to enquiries, support requests and order changes.
• Meet legal, accounting, tax, safety and record keeping obligations.

Sharing and security

We share information only when needed to run the service, including with payment, hosting, storage, delivery, communication and professional service providers. We may also share information when required by law.

• Access to customer information is limited to people who need it for orders, kitchen preparation, delivery, support or administration.
• Payment card details are processed by Paystack and are not stored directly by VIE.PET.
• Administrative access is protected, and sensitive operational keys are kept server-side.
• Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
